Acceptable Use Policy
Latest changes: Initial publication.
This policy applies to every part of Veranova — posts, reels, stories, LIVE, messages, calls, communities, shop and AI tools.
Prohibited conduct
- Creating accounts to evade enforcement, or operating networks of fake accounts.
- Automating access to Veranova outside supported integrations, scraping at scale, or attempting to overload or disrupt the service.
- Circumventing security controls, sharing credentials, or accessing accounts that are not yours.
- Using Veranova to store or distribute malware, or linking to malicious destinations.
- Manipulating engagement: automated likes, follow-for-follow networks at scale, engagement pods, purchased engagement.
- Selling verification, badges or account access.
- Using LIVE, calls or messaging to harass, expose, defraud or endanger others.
- Submitting false reports or abusing the reporting system.
- Using Veranova AI to generate content that would be prohibited if a human created it.
Consequences
Violations can result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension or permanent suspension. Attempts to circumvent enforcement will result in more severe action.
Security research
If you discover a vulnerability, we want to hear from you. Report it through the security report form. Do not test on other users' accounts.
