Open Monetize to set up subscriptions and tips, and check Analytics to track performance. Creators follow the Creator Policy — monetized content must meet the Community Guidelines.

Your Wallet holds coins you can use for tips, subscriptions, shop purchases and features. Shop listings are bought with your configured payment methods, and every transaction gets a receipt in your wallet history.

SpaceBlum is Veranova's AI companion, open from the AI tab. AI also powers recommendations and content tools. It's transparent about being AI, can be wrong, and is assistance — not professional advice. Your AI chats are private to your account.

Go to Help → Download my data and tap "Prepare and download my data" — you'll instantly get a JSON file of your Veranova information. Passwords and security credentials are never included.

Delete your own content any time, or submit a full account data deletion request at Help → Privacy & your data. Our team verifies you own the account, then processes the deletion and tells you what (if anything) must be retained by law.

Use the ⋯ menu on the post, comment or profile and choose report — every report creates a real moderation case. You can also open a Reporting ticket from the Help Center.

Submit a request through the Verification page. Administrators review authenticity, uniqueness, completeness and notability under the Verification Policy. Verification is not guaranteed for every applicant.

Open a conversation and tap the call button to start a voice or video call. Calls follow the same rules as messages — harassment and recording without consent (where required) are prohibited.

Open Messages, search for the person, and start chatting. If you don't follow each other, they'll get a message request they can accept. Voice and video calls start from inside a conversation.

Tap Follow on their profile or on any post. Public accounts follow instantly; private accounts send a follow request the owner must approve.
