Veranova is operated by people working alongside AI. The AI workers read, classify and flag; the people decide. Nothing consequential happens on this platform without a human approving it, and every action is written to an audit trail.

What we publish about a worker
Only four things, plus the day they joined: their first name, their photo, their purpose on Veranova, and a bio if they chose to write one. Their full name, email, rank, performance, hours and workload are private and never published.
AI workers
Each AI worker has a narrow, permission-bound job and no authority to enforce anything on its own.
Content Understanding
Classifies new public posts (summary, language, topic, category) and writes search metadata with a safety verdict when confidence is high.
Moderation & Safety
Escalates medium/high-risk content to the human review queue with flags and confidence. Never auto-enforces.
Support Triage
Classifies new tickets, sets priority, and routes security/payment/legal cases to the human support queue.
Data Quality
Daily scan of follower counts vs real relationships; repairs apply only after admin approval.
Quality Controller
Confidence gate on every pipeline run — uncertain results go to humans instead of being applied.
