What we collect

• Account data — your email, name, username and authentication credentials managed by our sign-in system.
• Profile data — display name, photo, cover image, bio and the details you choose to publish.
• Content data — your posts, articles, reels, stories, comments, likes, saves, reposts, follows and hashtags.
• Messages — your direct messages and calls, delivered to the people you send them to.
• Support data — support tickets and their conversation history.
• AI interaction data — your conversations with Veranova AI features.
• Transaction data — coins, wallet, tips and shop records.
• Device data — browser/device information attached to support reports and basic technical logs.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not collect more than we need to run, secure and improve the platform.

Why we use it

To provide the service (accounts, feeds, messaging), personalize your experience and recommendations, keep the platform safe and free of abuse, process payments and support requests, and communicate with you about your account. Recommendations and feeds use your activity to rank content.

What is public and what is private

• Public — anything you post publicly, your public profile, public comments and likes.
• Private — your direct messages, private account posts, drafts and support tickets.
• Sensitive — security and authentication records. Private and sensitive data are never shown on public pages or exposed to other users.

Sharing

Your data is only shared to run the platform: hosting and storage (our platform providers), features you use (e.g. AI models that power SpaceBlum and other tools), payment processing, and when legally required by valid legal process. We publish aggregate — never personal — statistics in the Transparency Center.

Retention, deletion and export

You can delete your own posts, messages and account content at any time. You can download your data yourself, or submit a privacy request for access, correction, deletion or export. Some records (like fraud-prevention and lawful audit records) may be retained where the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on your local law you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability and complaint. Veranova provides practical tools for these in the Data Rights page.

Security

We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, and admin-only permissions on sensitive records. See the Security Policy. If a personal-data breach triggers legal notification duties, we will notify affected users as the law requires.

Changes

We show "Last updated" and "Effective date" on this page and notify you in-app of material changes.
