Data Rights & Requests
Latest changes: Initial publication.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Ask questions about how your data is processed.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Do it yourself
- Export — the Download my data tool builds a file of your Veranova data instantly.
- Delete content — delete your own posts, messages, comments and stories any time.
- Settings — control privacy, visibility and preferences in Settings.
Request our help
For anything you cannot do yourself, submit a privacy request. Each request creates a tracked case. Processing includes verifying that you are the account owner — we never release account data to someone else, and we never expose another person's data to you.
Status workflow
Requests move through: received → identity verification → in review → processing → completed (or rejected with a reason you can appeal).
What may be retained
Some records (fraud-prevention, security and lawful audit records) may be retained where the law requires it, even after account data deletion. We will tell you what was retained and why.
This document is a Veranova platform policy, not legal advice. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being relied upon.
