Your account is yours. Keep your credentials safe — actions taken through your account are your responsibility.

Usernames

Usernames cannot impersonate another person or brand, contain hate or harassment, or be held for abusive purposes (squatting). Veranova may reclaim usernames that violate this.

Restrictions, suspension and termination

Accounts that violate the Community Guidelines may face:

• Warnings
• Feature restrictions
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent termination

Severe violations (e.g. child safety, fraud networks, targeted harassment campaigns) can lead directly to permanent termination.

Appeals

Every account decision can be appealed. Provide context and any evidence; a reviewer will respond in-app.

Deletion

You can request account data deletion at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion means and what may be retained.
