Law Enforcement Requests
Latest changes: Initial publication.
For the public
Veranova publishes only what it is legally permitted to publish about legal requests — see the Transparency Center. Private user data is never published on public pages.
For legal authorities
Veranova discloses account information only where required by valid legal process in an applicable jurisdiction:
- Submit requests on official letterhead identifying the legal authority and the specific records sought.
- Requests are logged and reviewed by the Veranova legal contact.
- Emergency disclosure requests involving imminent risk of harm are prioritised.
- Veranova notifies affected users of legal requests where legally permitted.
Contact
Legal requests should be submitted through the Legal contact category and will be routed to the responsible contact. Veranova publishes an official legal email on the Company page once configured by administrators.
What we do not do
We do not accept requests through informal channels, and we do not disclose data without valid legal process except where immediately required to prevent imminent harm, as permitted by law.
This document is a Veranova platform policy, not legal advice. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being relied upon.
