Messaging Policy
Latest changes: Initial publication.
The basics
Messages are private. Veranova does not publish, display or share your direct messages with other users. Moderation access to message content happens only through the reporting process.
What is not allowed
- Unsolicited harassment, abuse or hate in DMs or message requests.
- Spam and scam outreach, including "investment" pitches and money-flipping.
- Sharing private media of anyone without consent.
- Impersonating others in messages.
- Using calls or messages to threaten, stalk or defraud.
Blocking and reporting
Block anyone at any time — they cannot reach you again. Report abusive or fraudulent messages; reports create real moderation records.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your own messages and conversations. Deleted messages are removed from the platform. Some records may be retained where required for lawful audit or where a report is under investigation.
Calls
Voice and video calls follow the same rules as messaging. Recording a call without the participants' consent, where consent is required in your jurisdiction, is prohibited.
Group conversations and broadcast channels
Group owners are responsible for moderating their groups. Veranova can act on group violations reported to us.
