Content Moderation Policy

Version 1.0Effective 9/6/2026Last updated 9/6/2026

Latest changes: Initial publication.

How reports work

Every report creates a moderation record with the reporter, the reported content and the reason. Reports are reviewed by the Veranova team. Automated systems may assist, but account-level decisions are made against real records.

Enforcement ladder

Depending on severity, context and history:

  1. Warning
  2. Content removal or limitation (e.g. reduced distribution)
  3. Feature restriction (messaging, LIVE, monetization)
  4. Temporary suspension
  5. Permanent suspension

Severity and context matter: a single severe violation (e.g. child safety) can lead directly to permanent suspension, while a first minor violation may only receive a warning.

Notices

When content is removed or an account is restricted, the affected user is notified of the action and can appeal.

Appeals

Every enforcement decision can be appealed. Appeals are reviewed against the original report and the guidelines, and can be upheld or reversed. Repeated identical appeals without new information may be closed.

Transparency

Aggregate moderation statistics are published in the Transparency Center. We never publish the identities of reporters.
