Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds for the current period are considered where the service was not delivered as described — submit a Payments ticket.

Coins

Unused coin balances are refundable only in cases of platform error or fraud. Coins spent on tips and purchases are final once the recipient has been paid out.

Digital purchases (premium features, store items)

Refundable within a reasonable period if the feature is broken and we cannot fix it. Open a ticket with your receipt.

Shop purchases

Follow the delivery and dispute process in the Shop Policy. Refunds for physical goods are handled with the seller through the dispute process.

Creator payments (tips, subscriptions)

Once paid out to a creator, tips and subscription shares cannot be recalled except in cases of fraud, which are handled through Support.

How to request a refund

Open a Payments ticket with your receipt number. We review every request individually and respond in-app. Approved refunds return to your wallet or original payment method as applicable.

What we do not promise

We do not promise unconditional refunds, and refund outcomes depend on the circumstances of each case.
