What you can pay for

• Coins & wallet — your Veranova wallet balance for purchases and tips.
• Subscriptions — recurring support for creators you choose.
• Tips — one-off support for creators.
• Shop — marketplace purchases.
• Premium features — platform feature purchases.

Payment methods available in the app are the ones actually configured by Veranova. We do not claim to support payment providers that are not integrated.

Receipts

Every completed transaction is recorded with a receipt in your wallet and payments history, including status, method and amount.

Failed payments

Failed transactions are marked as failed with a reason and are not charged again unless you retry.

Chargebacks

Disputing a valid charge through your payment provider without contacting us first may result in wallet or account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.

Security

Payment configuration and transaction records are restricted to administrators and are never shown on public pages.
